MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Just days after an Arkansas State Police pit maneuver led to a female passenger’s death on Interstate 40, there has been a second fatal spinout on I-55 that left a Memphis man dead.
The family of 36-year-old Revail Murphy is now searching for answers about what happened last Friday night and why his life ended and others were put in danger.
