MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man was shot in the foot early Thursday morning, according to the Memphis Police Department.
Officers say they responded to a 911 call in the 1700 block of Wildrose Street just before 2 a.m. When officers drove through the area, they did not find anyone in need of help.
Dispatchers then received another call from the same person, this time requesting an ambulance for a 28-year-old man who had been shot in the foot at 2:04 a.m…
