MEMPHIS, Tenn.— The Memphis-Shelby County Schools (MSCS) District temporarily reassigned a high school principal in the wake of student protests.
MSCS told FOX13 that Sheffield High School Principal Dr. Melanie Black has been temporarily reassigned to the Central Office. In that role, Dr. Black will assist with various tasks, including academic planning, according to MSCS.
