MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Memphis man is accused of carjacking his sister while she was giving him a ride in her Mercedes.
Bobby Metcalf, 42, was charged with carjacking following the incident Sunday.
Metcalf’s sister told police she picked up her brother, and as they were driving, he became irate about his phone.
