30 hospitalized after Nashville-bound Greyhound bus from Memphis crashes, company says

MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. – Thirty people were hospitalized after a Nashville-bound Greyhound bus from Memphis crashed Monday evening in Madison County, officials said.

The crash was reported just after 6:45 p.m. Monday on eastbound Tennessee Highway 70, according to Madison County Fire Rescue (MCFR). An exact location of the crash was unknown.

In a statement, Greyhound said 32 passengers, one bus operator and one relief driver were on board when the crash happened. Thirty of those people were hospitalized but the company said Tuesday that “most have already been released.”…
