MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Dyer County Sheriff’s deputy has been charged with official misconduct in relation to the Oct. 19, 2024, arrest of Jackson Hopper in Dyer County, Tenn.
Dyer County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO) Sergeant Larry “Lynn” Waller has been indicted by a Dyer County grand jury and charged with official misconduct, according to a release from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI).
