MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man has been arrested after a shooting in Horn Lake, Mississippi, left another man seriously injured.
Horn Lake Police say 23-year-old Jaquillna Twilley of Lambert, Mississippi, has been charged with aggravated assault and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
