MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Area Transit Authority will be rolling out rubber-wheeled trolleys Monday, June 30.
While the future of the classic steel-wheeled trolleys remains in limbo, the rubber-wheeled version will be hitting all the stops along Main Street.
According to the Downtown Neighborhood Association of Memphis, Monday will be a soft reopening with limited service. Just one trolley will be in operation as they gradually reintroduce others.
