Effort to clear Zion Hill cemetery underway

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Since it’s opening in 1876 the Zion Hill Cemetery has been an influential place in the African American community.

For years the cemetery has deteriorated and is now surrounded by a subdivision in Cordova.
