MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A neighborhood in north Memphis dealing with an odd problem, a group of people in the Douglas area have a pile of tires that is backing up to their fence and the weather has made it even worse.
“Years ago, you used to be able to come out and sit on the porch, you can’t do that now,” Kevin Hopson said.
Hopson lives on Carpenter St. and the pile of tires backs up to his fence and he said there is really just one main problem mosquitos…
