MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WREG) — A Memphis man was arrested in Rutherford County after two elderly people were scammed out of over $60,000 in an international cyber theft scheme, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
Dipen Patel, 25, was charged with one count of theft of property: value of $60,000 or more.
