Memphis finance manager arrested for stealing over $200,000 from non-profit

After allegedly stealing more than $200,000 from a non-profit organization in Memphis, Roshaunda Burwell was placed under arrest. Burwell was in charge of the NGO’s finances.

On April 28, Jason Mulligan, Memphis Rox and One Family Memphis’s interim executive director, filed a report with the Memphis Police Department.

Mulligan reported that the 54-year-old had been using the First Horizon account of Memphis Rox/One Family Memphis to pay her personal credit card and MLGW bills without permission, per an internal audit…
