MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police say its Rolling Thunder operation has resulted in hundreds of arrests and has taken drugs and dozens of guns off the street.
On Thursday, Memphis Police released an update about Rolling Thunder, an operation that ran from April 23 to May 10.

According to police, 209 arrests were made during the operation. MPD says that number includes 42 gang members and 196 felony arrests.
MPD says more than 150 grams of fentanyl, 58.6 grams of crack, 39.2 grams of cocaine, 116.3 grams of meth, and 459.4 grams of promethazine was seized.
Police also say that more than 20,000 grams of marijuana were confiscated and more than 800 pills were “removed from circulation.”…
