MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A grand jury has returned an indictment charging a Memphis man with being involved in a violent carjacking at the Southland Mall in 2019.
According to the arrest affidavit, surveillance video and a CrimeStoppers tip led to the identification of Kaylon Spivey, 24, as one of six suspects in the case.
Spivey was booked into the Shelby County Jail on Wednesday. He was 18 at the time of the crime…
