HERNANDO, Miss. — A concerned citizen reached out to us after she says she helped a wheelchair-bound man at a Hernando apartment complex Friday.
“When she finally opened the door, the heat rushed us,” Dominique Smith said. “It bothered me, so as I was leaving, a couple of the older guys stopped me and asked me, could I help them?”
She claims they told her they didn’t have working air conditioning…
