MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man and a woman are now in jail after being accused of driving through the crime scene of a motorcycle crash on I-240 that killed a Memphis Fire Department veteran Sunday night. A passenger was also arrested at the scene.
Marcia Davis, 46, is charged with driving under the influence – intoxication, abuse of a corpse, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon – motor vehicle, traveling on closed roads, failure to obey a traffic officer, reckless driving, and resisting official detention.
Fabian Sanchez, 33, is charged with driving under the influence – alcohol, open container, tampering with construction signs and/or barricades, and improper use of auto registration papers.
