MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A former Memphis Police officer could lose his ability to work in Tennessee law enforcement after a teen girl accused him of rubbing her chest while in his patrol car.
FOX13 Investigates obtained records from the State of Tennessee Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Commission. Former MPD officer Aly Bah goes before the POST Commission on July 17. The commission will determine whether or not the allegations should result in Bah losing his Tennessee law enforcement certification.
Those allegations stem from a call about a runaway 15-year-old girl on November 1, 2024. Bah picked that girl up and took her home, where her parents had a lengthy discussion about what to do with her, according to the POST records.
