WEST MEMPHIS, Ark. — A routine traffic stop in Arkansas that turned into an extraordinarily violent shooting between police, and a father-son is now the focus of a major motion picture.
The movie “Sovereign,” which opens Friday, recounts the horrifying 2010 shootings of two West Memphis police officers, and of a father and son who identified as sovereign citizens.
