Caregiver allegedly stole and sold jewelry worth more than $80K from her elderly patients

The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office has arrested and charged a caregiver, 22-year-old Corine Mukes, with stealing jewelry from the homes of her elderly patients.

According to a representative for the two senior residents, many expensive pieces of jewelry, valued at about $82,025, vanished from the home on July 4. The caregiver worked for United Home Health LLC, according to WMC.
