MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man has been accused of killing his roommate’s puppy after he says he possibly kicked it into a wall.
Matthew Floyd, 39, was charged with Aggravated Cruelty to Animals to wit: death of a puppy.
Shelby County deputies responded to an animal cruelty call in the 5100 block of Belfast Drive in Northaven around 2:30 Sunday afternoon.
