MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The mother of Tyre Nichols is accusing the City of Memphis of stalling in the civil lawsuit between the municipality and her family.
RowVaughn Wells’ attorneys recently filed a motion asking the judge to extend the time allowed to gather evidence for the case, arguing that the city purposefully stalled at every turn.
They say this version of the lawsuit was filed in November 2024…
