MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The man suspected of firing at police officers downtown in the early morning hours of Independence Day is now in custody, according to the Memphis Police Department.
Victor Peeler, 22, was wanted for twelve counts of attempted first-degree murder and one count of reckless endangerment.
