MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police are investigating after a person was found dead at a North Memphis apartment building Thursday afternoon.
At 2:48 p.m., officers responded to a check on welfare call in the 1900 block of Hubert Avenue.
Police said that one person was located and pronounced dead, and there were no immediate signs of foul play.
