Former Memphis-Shelby County Schools Superintendent Marie Feagins’ legal team filed three affidavits July 21, ahead of a July 22 hearing.
The affidavits are from three previously named as witnesses to the days leading to Feagins’ ouster — Sarah Carpenter, Kristy Sullivan and Antonio Scott — and could be called to testify in court.
