MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Memphis resident is fed up with his apartment complex not doing anything about his AC that has been broken for five months.
“Like you can’t even sit down and be comfortable in my own house where I just can’t do nothing,” said Martaveus Branard, said Memphis resident.
