MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The search will resume later this morning at Meeman-Shelby Forest State Park for three men missing in the Mississippi River.
The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office said the men were reportedly fishing and swimming on a sandbar south of the boat ramp at the park in Northwest Shelby County.
They were reported missing around 7:15 pm Tuesday.
A search was conducted by SCSO Search and Rescue, Homeland Security, Shelby County Fire, Millington Fire, Tipton County Fire, Memphis Police Harbor Patrol and Aviation, and TN State Parks.
