Police searching for courteous bank robber

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Police need help finding a bank robber who was seen holding open a door for a bank customer before robbing the place.

The robbery occurred on July 10, just after 9:00 a.m., at the Wells Fargo Bank located in the 3600 block of Hacks Cross Road.

In surveillance video released by MPD, you can see a man wearing a blue surgical mask, large brown hat, and a neon reflective vest enter the bank after letting a customer leave.

The man approached a bank teller and raised a blank piece of paper to the glass. Investigators said he demanded that the bank teller give him all the money from the register, in big bills…
