Convicted nursing student killer Jason Autry will stay in prison

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man who served time in prison for the kidnapping and murder of nursing student Holly Bobo loses an appeal to get out of prison on gun charges.

Jason Autry, 50, a 16-time convicted felon, served eight years for solicitation of first-degree murder and facilitation of especially aggravated kidnapping in Bobo’s death in 2011.
