MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Shelby County Commissioner Shante K. Avant and MSCS School Board Member Sable Otey were out in District 5 holding a back-to-school backpack & supply giveaway.
The event was held at the Bert Ferguson Community Center for those who could still use some supplies for the new school year.
