Camaro set on fire with woman inside, husband charged

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Memphis man had been charged with attempted second-degree murder for allegedly getting someone to set his wife’s car on fire while she was sitting in the vehicle.

Travis Davison, 44, was booked in the Shelby County Jail on Monday, more than a week after the alleged attack in the 800 block of N. Second Street.

The victim said she was inside a silver Chevrolet Camaro parked on N. Second Street when she noticed a silver SUV, a black BMW, and a gold sedan all parking in front of her vehicle.
