MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Many say Ezekiel Kelly is a prime example of what happens when we don’t provide what is needed for our youth.
Kelly had been in and out of the juvenile system for years before he went on the shooting spree that put the city on lockdown and killed three people.
He pleaded guilty Wednesday to 28 charges, putting him behind bars for hundreds of years with no parole.
