Memphis Police Seek Suspect in Early Morning Burglary at Jumping World on Shelby Oaks Drive

Authorities are currently investigating a business burglary that took place earlier this week at Jumping World, located at 6161 Shelby Oaks Drive. According to reports from the Memphis Police Department, the incident occurred around 5:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, when an intruder forcibly made entry through the side door, tripping a security alarm in the process. Memphis Police officials stated the burglary led to a damaged plexiglass window panel. Upon entering, the suspect ransacked the establishment and stole cash from the registers.

The suspect, who appears to be a Black male, was caught on surveillance footage during the burglary. He was clad in a black hooded sweatshirt embellished with a silver American flag on the front, black Nike shorts, red underwear, and black Nike Air Jordan 2 tennis shoes. Investigators released the detailed description in hopes of swiftly identifying and apprehending the individual responsible for the crime. Witnesses or anyone with information are encouraged to come forward and contact the Memphis Police Department.
