Officers force wrong-way trucker to the ground in handcuffs on Memphis-Arkansas Bridge

A truck driver traveling the wrong way on the Memphis-Arkansas Bridge was forced to the ground in handcuffs by the officers who stopped him.

The incident happened on Tuesday morning, August 27th on the Memphis-Arkansas Bridge along Interstate 55 in Memphis, Tennessee.
