Memphis woman faces first-degree murder charge in sister’s strangulation death

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A West Memphis, Arkansas woman is charged with first-degree murder and other crimes after police say she strangled her sister to death.

Angie Lynn Dover, 47, was booked into the Crittenden County jail Tuesday on $150,000 bond, according to NewNation’s Memphis affiliate WREG.
