The fast-casual dining scene currently belongs to chicken. Poultry seems to be on everyone’s minds, and Memphis locals will soon have a new concept to ensure it fills their stomachs. Birdy’s Chicken has filed permits to open a location in Cordova.
The new concept will be bringing fried chicken to 1204 North Houston Levee Road. Very little information is currently available about the restaurant beyond its name and its cuisine. It is being spearheaded by local entrepreneur Ahmed Abdullah.
