Thieves targeting empty Serenity Towers

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Representatives were back in environmental court Tuesday to discuss a plan for the now-empty Serenity Towers.

The facility, despite being boarded up, has become a target for thieves. Attorneys say crooks have gotten into the building and stolen copper.
