MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A teenager is dead, and another teen was charged with murder after a shooting in Frayser, according to Memphis police.
Police said a 17-year-old boy has been charged with second-degree murder, and the other male juvenile was released.
Just before 1 p.m., officers responded to a shooting at Family Tire Shop at 2731 Range Line Road.
Police said they located a teen, and he was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced deceased…
