MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man backed into a Memphis Police officer, grazing his leg in an attempt to evade arrest during a traffic stop nearly two months ago in South Memphis, police say.
On July 18, a little after 8 p.m., officers say, while patrolling the area of South Parkway and Dunnavant Street, they saw a white Nissan Altima with expired tags.
A traffic stop was then initiated.
