Vendor says he paid $1K for crab fest that didn’t happen; organizers say he wasn’t a vendor

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A local business owner says he is out of thousands of dollars after signing up for a festival that never happened, but festival organizers say he wasn’t registered.

The Memphis Bottomless Crab Leg Festival was set to take place from 12 to 5 p.m. on the riverfront this past Sunday, according to a flyer circulating on several legitimate sites.
