MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A judge reinstated bonds for two of the former officers given a new federal trial in connection with the death of Tyre Nichols.
Judge Charmaine Claxton ordered that Justin Smith and Tadarrius Bean be released on $50,000 bond.
