MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Family members will hold a candlelight vigil and balloon release to honor the memory of Marlanda Vann.
Memphis Police officers found Vann dead from a gunshot wound inside a car at the intersection of Main Street and South Parkway on Sunday, September 14. Vann died at the scene around 12:30 a.m., according to police.
