MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police released surveillance video of a 14-year-old boy being shot in a parking lot during the early morning hours on Friday at a gas station in Hickory Hill.
According to investigators, surveillance video showed two men walking into the business before the shooting, openly carrying an AR-style rifle.
When the suspects left the store, they confronted the victim outside. Police say after a brief verbal exchange, one of the suspects fired a single round, hitting the juvenile.
