MEMPHIS, Tenn. — As the city of Memphis braces for the arrival of the National Guard and hundreds of additional law enforcement officers, hundreds of people have already descended into the city for a very different reason.
This weekend marks the 36th Southern Heritage Classic. The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff will face Alcorn State University tomorrow evening at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium.
