MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A man was shot after stopping to help a stranded driver near Millington, the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) said.
Deputies responded around 5:15 Sunday morning to the 4700 block of Pleasant Ridge Road. SCSO said they found a man with a gunshot wound to the leg.
