MEMPHIS, Tenn. — There have been reports of extremely long lines for registration and car tag renewals at the Shelby County Clerk’s offices.
Clerk Wanda Halbert said in a social media post that she has noticed ‘BEYOND LONG LINES’ in the past two weeks.
