MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Some citizens are concerned about the health and safety of their loved ones inside 201 Poplar, especially after reports of overcrowding in an already strained jailhouse.
This comes after an announcement of over 200 arrests made within the Memphis Safe Task Force.
Several people took a trip down to 201 Poplar Monday morning to either check on their loved ones or pay for them to be released from jail.
