MILLINGTON, Tenn. (WMC) – Two inmates have been located after escaping from the satellite camp of Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) in Millington, Tennessee, on Sunday morning, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
At 3:00 a.m., Samuel Thomas and Duwuane Rhodes were discovered missing from the camp.
