MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man who was convicted of attacking and stabbing a restaurant worker is now a suspect in a fatal Cordova shooting over the weekend.
Marcus Dotson, 33, has been charged with first-degree murder and two weapons charges.
Investigators said the fatal shooting was a “domestic case.”
