3-time repeat offender faces 15 years in prison for gun possession

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – After a two-day trial, a federal jury found Memphis man Derrick Richard, 36, guilty of one count of possession of a firearm as a convicted felon.

Richard had previously been convicted of three violent felonies.
