MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A shopping complex was engulfed in flames early Wednesday morning in Frayser.
WREG crews captured photos of the building fire in the 3300 block of North Watkins Street.
A driver traveling through the intersection of Frayser Boulevard and North Watkins gave a detailed account of what she witnessed.
